India and Japan have unveiled a new defence roadmap aimed at strengthening strategic and industrial cooperation between the two countries.
The roadmap places greater emphasis on maritime security, reflecting the growing importance of the Indo-Pacific region. India and Japan are also looking to expand cooperation in defence technology, equipment and industrial production.
